Pregnancy Yoga

Debbie’s pregnancy Yoga combines breath with yoga poses which have been adapted for pregnancy and birth.

The poses increase strength, and tone to help reduce related discomfort and correct postural changes as the weeks of pregnancy progress.

Focused breathing builds awareness and confidence, allowing you to let go and reduce unwanted stress and tension; together this creates balance in both the mind and body allowing the body and mind to fully prepare for birth.

The class runs for 6 weeks
