Guided Meditations for Stress, Anxiety and Empowerment

Cathy has been teaching a variety of Wellbeing Meditation Classes in Norwich for years as an additional support to her private clients. These classes combine relaxation and breathing techniques with gentle therapeutic layers of work for long term wellbeing. No experience is necessary as these are written for all levels of meditation experience including beginners. There are a variety of subjects supported with the many sets of meditation Cathy offers the next being for Stress, Anxiety and Empowerment.

Cathy also offers workshops and training on a variety of subjects including Reiki, Crystals for Beginners and Tarot.

We all feel stressed at times and sadly this is on the rise with modern life throwing things at us from every angle all the time. There are however some very simple ways in which we can learn how to relax the mind and body to combat this for our wellbeing.

These Wellbeing classes are a set of six that will guide you to learn how to relax the body and mind, escape from the noise and pressure of the everyday world, teach you how to let go of anxieties and help you to feel more empowered by connecting your powerful mind through affirmations.

Each week you will be guided on a new wellbeing journey that will take you to beautiful calming landscapes while gently working with carefully layered therapeutic techniques.

These Meditation Classes are 45 minute guided meditations (classes are an hour in length). Each week we will work on another part of your six week wellbeing journey.

The full six week set is £85 and includes-
Week One-Welcoming calm and relaxation into the body and mind
Week Two-Connecting to a deep inner stillness within yourself
Week Three-Escaping the stress and noise of the world behind
Week Four-Learning how to let go of fears and anxieties to feel safe (calming the fight or flight responses)
Week Five-Connecting to an Inner love
Week Six-Listening to your intuition, feeling empowered and manifesting a strong future

To ensure the right energy within the group and an opportunity for personal support this class has a limit of 12 people. Apologies I cannot hold any places due to the popularity of the classes and the limited numbers so booking confirms your place.

Please also note once booked no refunds will be given in accordance to our cancellation policy.

No, all mats/cushions/blankets are provided for you. If you have any specific comfort needs please feel free to bring anything you could benefit from using. Also do feel free to bring water with you for the class if required.

Please also note that parking is provided free of charge at Rowan House Centre and the overspill car park situated at Hethersett Social Club.
